How can I check my tyre tread depth?

There are couple of ways to check the tread depth of your tyres.

• You can get a tyre tread depth gauge which can measure the amount of tread remaining.
• Tyres have small nibs within the grooves in the tread. You can feel with your finger at multiple points around the tyre and if the tyre tread is worn down and flush with these points then they are at the legal limit and need replacing.

How do I know the correct pressure for my tyres?

Many car manufacturers print the recommended tyre pressues on a sticker situated inside either the front driver or passenger side doors. You vehicle owners manual should also contain the recommended tyre pressues.
